Rich in soul and soothing energy: this Zimbabwean singer-songwriter makes use of melodies and composition, blending perfectly together into a lyrical potion of emotions. Her music is a combination of jazz, blues, rhythm, and reggae with African influences.

The Unborn Brothers
Amsterdams vijftal dat als sinds 2013 randjes van de bluegrass onderzoekt. Klassiekers van Bill Monroe, Del McCoury of Doc Watson worden afgewisseld met nummertjes van Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper of Bad Brains. Banjo, mandoline, gitaar, ukelele en contrabas zorgen voor de muzikale ondersteuning van meerstemmige zang. Kortom, traditionele Amerikaanse folk in een ‘oergezellige’ potpourri.

Ussu N'djai & the New Balansa
Ussu is an African musician, of Senegalese origin, born in Guinea-Bissau. The musician started his professional career in Gambia and his success in Africa took him to Europe in 1994. He currently lives in Amsterdam, where he is known for his exciting mix of West African musical styles (m'balax, m'gumbeh, Afro -Mandingo, Carribean-reggae, salsa and funk).
Ussu N'djai composed music in different West African languages such as Wolof, Mandingo, Creole, Fula, as well as French, English and Portuguese. In these 30 years of career, Ussu N'djai has already partnered with great names in African music, such as Youssou Ndour, Baaba Maal, Lucky Dube and Omar.

La Banda Fantastica
Converging from all corners of the Latin America this Cumbia band is conformed by musicians from Argentina, Chile, Mexico and the Netherlands. Cumbia is a traditional style that spread all over the Latin American world, adapting and adopting local rhythms and styles in every country. La Banda Fantastica’s show is a whole experience that takes the audience on a trip throughout the Latin American culture, of which Cumbia could be considered an ambassador.

Kasba
combineert invloeden uit gnawa, raï en reggada met elementen uit rock, funk, reggae en pop. Het resultaat is een krachtige, dansbare muziekstijl waarin hypnotiserende ritmes, opzwepende percussie en melodieuze lijnen samenkomen. Met hun aanstekelijke grooves, traditionele instrumenten en moderne bandgeluid weet Kasba het publiek moeiteloos mee te nemen in een muzikale reis van Noord-Afrika naar Europa en weer terug.
